PLANNING APPROVED FOR DORMER EXTENSION- MANCHESTER
November 2020
Recently approved, this project is for a proposed rear dormer extension.
The client wanted to utilise the roof space and this has now be approved for construction by the local planning authority.
PROPOSED HMO- ROSSENDALE
October 2020
The client is looking to turn an exisiting derelict building into a HMO. The plans have been submitted and is awaiting the planning outcome.

The clients requirments for this job was to take an exisitng unused commercial space and extend onto the roof, allowing for a seasonal roof top terrace bar.
Construction is to begin shortly.
